Fanatically Zen 2.6.4 - 2/27/2019
- Changed default Zendesk to CRM sync behavior. If a Zendesk Ticket Requester does not have an email address, they will not be synced to CRM. This helps prevent duplicate Contact records in CRM for Zendesk users that take phone calls in Zendesk and create tickets from those calls. Many times in this scenario the Zendesk Ticket Requester may only have a phone number and no name or email address, so it is not useful for them to be added to CRM at that time. This behavior will be in effect to anyone on version 2.6.4 and above, unless you have previously customized configuration settings.

Major Release Fanatically Zen 2.6.0 - 1/7/2019
- [New Feature] Link CRM with Multiple Zendesk Instances. It's not uncommon for a company to have multiple Zendesk instances, but only one CRM instance. With this new feature you can now be in CRM and see tickets across multiple Zendesk instances, and each Zendesk instance can view data with CRM. All views can be customized based on the Zendesk instance that is being used.
Fanatically Zen 2.5.2 - 10/16/2018
- Added new condition type in Conditions framework to check if a record exists or does not exist based on the Search framework. An example use case: If this Zendesk user already exists as a Lead record, create a Contact instead. Or another way, if a Sugar Contact does not exist for the Zendesk User, create a Sugar Lead.
- Added global preprocessors. This allows the Zendesk to Sugar syncing to manipulate the incoming Zendesk data before the Conditional framework is run.
