Fanatically Zen is an integration that shares information between Zendesk and SugarCRM or SuiteCRM.  The integration gives your employees the best views of Zendesk and your CRM without constantly having to flip between both systems searching for information that is hard to find.

From within Zendesk, agents can view CRM contact, lead, account and opportunity data using contextual views without any extra effort from your employees. From with your CRM, it will also allow you to view your Zendesk tickets and all public and private ticket comments. The integrations supports all CRM custom modules and fields, as well as Zendesk custom fields.
