On of the most popular features of the integration is having the ability to see all of your CRM data right within the Zendesk app. As your Zendesk support agents are working within Zendesk helping your customers, they are able to have full visibility into applicable data that lives in the CRM.

The Professional and Ultimate plans of Fanatically Zen include the ability to customize the Zendesk app.  You can see more information about customizing the app here.  There is no additional fee. This is a free service for customers with active trials and subscriptions.
