Running the latest version of Fanatically Zen ensures you have a more seamless experience. If you're not sure if you have the most recent version, view our Release Notes and Version History to determine if you need to upgrade.
Step 1: Download the Latest Version
Navigate to the orders page and download the latest package based on your CRM (Sugar 9, Sugar 8, Sugar 7, Sugar 6, or SuiteCRM). Note: Ensure your package is not unzipped by the browser. You will need the entire .zip file.

Step 2: Upload Into CRM
- Navigate to your CRM and log in as an admin user.
- Click your profile picture in the top right and select to Admin
- Navigate to Module Loader
- Upload the zip package (Note: Do NOT uninstall the current version of Fanatically Zen.)
- Click install, agree to the terms, and continue. It may take 3-5 minutes to install.
- You should now be redirected to Fanatically Zen's Welcome Screen. All of your previous settings will be maintained, and you can continue to use Fanatically Zen normally.
Step 3: Connect CRM and Zendesk
- Within your CRM, navigate to Admin.
- Click Zendesk Configuration (towards the bottom of the page.)
- Navigate to Step 3 of the configuration to ensure your credentials are accurate.
- Navigate to Step 4 and ensure your Zendesk domain appears accurately.
- Click the large Zendesk icon that says Click Here to Connect (Note: you may already see a green message indicating you are already connected. Click the button to connect again even if this message appears.)
- The page should redirect back to your CRM. Navigate to Zendesk (or refresh the Zendesk ticket you're on) to see if the app now loads CRM data as desired.
