If you need to delete a target list in your CRM or delete/archive a Mailchimp audience, you will first need to remove the list syncing within your CRM. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your CRM and click on your profile picture in the top right
- Click Administration
- Scroll to the SugarChimp section and click Health Status
- From here, remove the sync from the list(s) you'd like to delete using the red button on the left-hand side
After removing the sync, you can then delete the lists as needed.
