SugarChimp will automatically grab all campaign data (opens and clicks) from the last 30 days prior to installation. However, there are a number of reasons why you might still need to bring old Mailchimp campaign data into Sugar/SuiteCRM. A few examples might be:
- A campaign was sent to a Mailchimp audience not set up to sync to the CRM
- The webhook failed so that the campaign was not automatically created in the CRM
- The campaign was sent more than 30 days before installing SugarChimp
If you are in this situation, we have ways to help you tell the integration to go back and grab all Mailchimp campaigns sent within the last 'X' number of days.
