If you have leads and contacts syncing from your CRM to Mailchimp, you may want to also sync the Converted status to differentiate between records. This field in Sugar is called Converted and is saved in the database as a 0 if they are Unconverted and a 1 is they are Converted.
Here's how that can be done:
- Create a text or number merge tag field in Mailchimp.
- Use SugarChimp's Field Mapping step to match up the Converted field for your leads.
- Save and queue a re-sync to send these fields to Mailchimp.
- When the record syncs to Mailchimp, you'll now see a 1 for Converted leads and a 0 for Unconverted Leads.
