Installation issues are uncommon with SugarChimp, but can only be the result of a few things.
File Permission Settings
Elasticsearch Index Failure
Possible Issue: File Permission Settings
The most common error we find is the result of file permissions settings on the server. This can cause different issues not limited to:
- Failed Installation
- Integration features not working properly
- Unable to load SugarChimp pages
- Errors on Scheduler run
- LogicHooks not running
Your CRM has recommended permissions that need to be set in order for Module Loader to be able to put files where they need to go and have proper access to them. Without knowing more about your server setup, here are some helpful links that we need to check and see if that is what is going on:

Possible Issue: Elasticsearch Index Failure
Another common installation error involves Elasticsearch indexing failure, where the installation sticks at 80%. To resolve this, you can reindex your full-text search by following the steps below:
1. From within CRM Admin, click Search (under System heading).
2. Click Schedule System Index.
3. Select the option to delete the existing index and then click Index. More information on scheduling this can be found here.
