If you are on the SugarChimp Professional or Ultimate plan, you can view Mailchimp activities from SugarCRM Mobile app. To enable this view, you can:
- Navigate to the Sugar Admin page.
- Click Mobile under the System heading.
- Drag-and-drop Mailchimp activities from Disabled Modules to Enabled Modules.
- Click Save.
Note: Once completed, the mobile app may prompt users to refresh the data from the server.
To access Mailchimp activities:
- Navigate to a contact, target, or lead record.
- Press Related.
- Scroll to the bottom and expand Mailchimp Activity.
