You can customize the title of the Zendesk app that appears to agents. For example, instead of the text SugarCRM (as shown below) you may want agents to see Sugar Data for Customers.

To make this change, complete the following steps within Zendesk (Note, you'll need to be an admin to make these changes):
- From your Zendesk account, click on the Admin gear icon along the left side of the page.
- Click Manage.
- Click on the SugarCRM for Zendesk app and select Change settings.
- Under the Display name enter the new name you'd like to appear.
- Click Save settings.
