Using Zendesk Guide and Community features help foster engagement and communication with your customers.  But for many customers, the barrier to using these features is the account creation process.  By syncing CRM contact info to Zendesk the sign-on process is simplified and encourages customers to collaborate with each other and engage with your brand.
