What are webhooks?
There are a couple of ways that integrations, like Fanatically Zen, can communicate with the apps they support. Webhooks are essentially a message sent from one app to another. Webhooks are triggered when certain events happen and allow apps to efficiently communicate with each other.
How does Fanatically Zen use webhooks?
If you are syncing data, such as contacts, accounts, or cases from Zendesk to your CRM Fanatically Zen uses webhooks to send that data. When a ticket is created or updated, Fanatically Zen uses a webhook to update your CRM.
How can I check my webhooks?
On a normal basis, you won't need to check or maintain your webhooks. The webhook is automatically created when Fanatically Zen is installed in your CRM. You can view your webhook directly from your Zendesk Admin Center. Your webhook will be named something similar to Fanatical Zendesk - SugarCRM Target.
