In order to update what appears in Zendesk's app, the name of the database fields you'd like to appear are required. Follow the steps below to obtain the database names of the fields you're looking to include.
- From the CRM Admin page, click Studio.
- Click the name of the module the field appears (For example, a Lead Status field likely appears on the Lead record within the Lead module. You'd click Leads.)
- Click Fields.
- You'll then see three columns titled: Name, Display Name, and Type.
- For the field you'd like to appear, send along the Name and Display Name.
