Reports: Understanding Sample Reports

Customers using the Professional and Ultimate versions of SugarChimp have access to enhanced sample reports.  In this article, we'll chat about what the reports include.  If you'd like to edit the report or create your own, you can reference the support article here.

To access these reports:

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Reports along the top of your CRM
2. Click View Reports
3. Click on the report you'd like to access.

Mailchimp Activities by Audience

This report enables you to view Mailchimp campaign data narrowed down by the Mailchimp audience.  For example, you can narrow down to view just campaign data sent to a specific audience, or you can view all campaign data by using the Is Not Empty selection within the Mailchimp Activities > Mailchimp Audience > Name filter.

Mailchimp Activities by Campaign and Type

This report allows you to view data by the campaign name as well as the type of activity (open or click).  Use the Is or Is Not selection within the filter to find specific campaigns or activity types or use the Is Not Empty selection to view all data.
