The Basics
One of the most important pieces to an integration, is transparency between the two systems. SugarChimp gives you many ways to see what is going on in Mailchimp all directly from within the CRM.
Information from Mailchimp can be seen in the following places within your CRM:
- Individual Subscriber Activity
- Campaign Summary Reports
- Mailchimp List Settings
- Reports
- Mailchimp Activity subpanel
In this article, we'll discuss viewing data within dashlets (SugarCRM) and connectors (SuiteCRM, Sugar 6). Before you can see this information in Sugar, you must quickly set up the views for them. The setup and viewing of your Mailchimp data greatly depends on the version of SugarCRM or SuiteCRM you are on. To see how to set up these views for your CRM, click here.

Individual Subscriber Activity
At the contact, lead, target level, you can see the list a subscriber is on as well as the emails they've been sent. This enables you to see all the activity for a specific individual. (Note: viewing the link is available on the Professional and Ultimate plans.)
Campaign Summary Reports
This view includes information from Mailchimp campaigns. It grabs everyone who was sent specific campaigns and will show the click rate, how many bounced, who unsubscribed.
Mailchimp List Settings
SugarChimp also has a view at the list level so you can see how that list is performing.
