If you are using SuiteCRM or Sugar 6, The MailChimp List Settings are viewed from the Target List record view. It will appear as a small MailChimp icon next to the Target List name. You will need to Enable the Connector from your Admin page in order for it to appear.
To enable the Connector:
In Sugar 6, Sugar provides a tool called "Connectors" to display data from 3rd-party resources. SugarChimp utilizes these connectors to show you MailChimp Subscriber activity when looking at a specific Contact, Account, Target and Lead. Here's how you enable it:
In Sugar, go to Admin and click on the "Connectors" link.
Click on "Enable Connectors". Click on the "SugarChimp List Properties" tab. The right column will show a list of all available modules in SugarCRM. Click and drag the Contacts, Targets, Leads and Accounts modules to the left column. Then click "Save". This will enable the connector for those modules.
After that, go into "Connector Field Settings" and click on "SugarChimp List Properties." From here, ensure that either the name field or the mailchimp_list_name_c field is chosen.
If you click on the icon, the list data will be loaded from MailChimp and displayed on the screen.
If for some reason the icon does not show, you may want to go back to Admin > Connectors and go to the field mapping settings. If you do not have the 'name' field displayed on your detail view, the icon will not show. In the field mapping settings, you can select which field the MailChimp icon shows up next to. Select the field and save, then go back to your contact to see if the MailChimp logo appears.
