As you use Mailchimp, you'll notice your subscribers have a star rating. The more engaged your subscribers are the more stars they will have. You can read more Mailchimp's rating here.
In SugarChimp Professional and Ultimate, we sync the Mailchimp member rating score (with the field name mailchimp_rating_c) and display it within your contact, target, or lead records. The Mailchimp rating is added to both the detail and record view automatically.
If you have records in Mailchimp prior to SugarChimp installation: You can queue a Mailchimp to CRM re-sync to update your CRM with Mailchimp ratings. Going forward, this rating will be updated with the SugarChimp integration.
Using Sugar Filters with Mailchimp Rating Score
You can add the Mailchimp rating field to more views by using the your CRM Studio. For example, when added to the search view, you can use the filter to create a custom filter for Engaged Leads where you can view those with a rating of 4 or more stars.
