We offer three levels of plans. Each level determines the features available to you. View the chart below to see the features for each plan level and read below to view a short description of each feature.
Free Setup & Installation (Ultimate) - We have extensive documentation including tutorial videos that are meant to allow any customers to install and setup the integration on their own. However, for those who would like more hands on setup and 2 hours of free training, the Ultimate plan gives customers a more involved approach. (Note: we also offer a two hour training package for customers on the Basic and Professional plans for an additional cost if training is needed.)
Advanced Field Mapping (Ultimate) - Advanced Field Mapping enables you to map related fields. For example, you can sync the Assigned User (Contact > assigned_user_id) field from your CRM to Mailchimp. This will pull over the user's ID, which is a bit ugly. If you want to map the user's actual name, (Contact > Assigned User > username), you can do that with Advanced Field Mapping.
Sync by SQL Query (Ultimate) - Generally for advanced customers only. You can write a SQL query that sets the appropriate criteria for records to be sent to a Mailchimp audience. This feature is dynamic and will add/remove new and updated records after the initial sync so that you always have the most up to date audience in Mailchimp. Advanced Filter Syncing (Ultimate) - Setup an infinite amount of filters to determine which records should be sent to a Mailchimp audience. This feature is dynamic and will add/remove new and updated records after the initial sync so that you always have the most up to date audience in Mailchimp. Automated List Population (Professional and above) - By default, only records on a Target List are synced to Mailchimp. With the Basic version, you will need to manually add contacts, leads, and/or targets to the Target List so they will sync to Mailchimp. With Automated List Population, you have the option of asking SugarChimp to keep all contacts, leads, and/org targets in the CRM on the Target List without your intervention. This means that you won't have to manually add records to a Target List and makes for a more hands-off approach.
Activity Data Pushed to CRM (Professional and above) - With the Basic plan, you'll be able to see lists to which users are subscribed as well as campaigns they've been sent. With the Professional and Ultimate plans, SugarChimp will save all of the campaign interactions to the CRM. More information can be found here.
Lead Scoring (Professional and above) - This feature pulls in the Mailchimp member rating score as an integer on your contacts/targets/leads. It will be a 0-5 number represented by 0 to 5 stars in your views. See more information on this feature here. You can also read more about how Mailchimp calculates the member rating score.
Report on Campaign Activity (Professional and above) - Using the activity data, you can pull reports of all users who received a specific campaign as well as subscriber activity interactions.
See Campaign Activity (All plans) - Within the CRM, quickly view campaign activity, such as open and click rates, number of subscribers and unsubscribers, as well as delivery date and a direct link to the email sent.
Manage Lists (All plans) - Mailchimp uses audiences to organize your subscribers. Within your CRM, SugarChimp uses target lists to do the same. SugarChimp pairs one target list in your CRM with one Mailchimp audience. With this feature, you can sync one or more lists from your CRM to Mailchimp.
Sync Custom Fields (All plans) - With this feature, even custom fields within your CRM can be synced to Mailchimp. This allows you to target campaigns more specifically based on your organization's own practices and processes.
See Recent Subscriber Activity (All plans) - With this feature, you can see all lists a subscriber is on and view the campaigns they have been sent (including the actual email). Also, you can see all interactions with your campaigns such as opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
Unlimited Users (All plans) - No matter how many users you have in Mailchimp or your CRM, all are included.
