You have just received an error email from SugarChimp
You can ignore a single error email as the integration has already picked up where it left off, sending your updates across to Mailchimp. If you continue to receive the errors, then you may need to troubleshoot further in the future.
You are receiving error emails intermittently
If you are receiving errors during your sync at random times throughout the week or month, then you likely are experiencing one of these issues:
- Intermittent connectivity issues from your server to Mailchimp
- Syncing to a deleted Mailchimp List
To discontinue the error messages:
Check your Admin > Health Status page for any synced Mailchimp Lists showing as 'unknown'. Remove the Sync from any Target Lists you find there. If nothing is there, then you are experiencing intermittent server connectivity, which you would need to report to your system administrator.
You are continuously receiving emails every few minutes
